Temperature simulations can be generated based on the characteristics of a producing or injecting well. The main purpose of these simulations are to verify whether a DTS installation will allow to obtain information on the production or injection profiles.
A simulation is based on:
A given production profile / The well geometry / The geothermal and all other temperature parameters / A given pressure point anywhere in the wellbore
